Dear Party-Goer

Regretfully, due to the incident in the Channel Tunnel last week we have decided to postpone the Sales awards that were due to take place on November 6th. As I am sure you can appreciate, our current focus is on getting the service back on its feet and managing the on-going issues with the operation.

Rest assured the awards will be held at some point in early 2009 when we have more to celebrate and can guarantee to give you the party atmosphere you have come to expect from Eurostar events! We will be in touch in due course with a new date for your diary.

And fear not… we will carry over all submissions so none of your valuable time will be wasted. We may even introduce a new award to recognise the fantastic level of support that has been shown by you all, our valued partners. It really has been truly heart-warming so thank you again for your patience and understanding.
